The Village Lake Fitness Center (VLFC) is a multi-million dollar adult-only facility and the pool.

Canyon Club is a family community center built exclusively for residents of The Village. The Canyon Club boasts both kiddie and Olympic-sized swimming pools, five state-of-the-art tennis courts, two-sport pickleball, and basketball courts, sand volleyball court, and children's playground area and soccer fields.

Summit Club is located on the north side of the Village. Amenities include a kid-friendly swimming pool and interactive water features, a covered picnic pavilion, a playing field, and an observation deck with fire pit.

The Village at Castle Pines is privileged to have not one, but two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses within its community.  The Country Club at Castle Pines is one of the best Country Club courses in Denver, and The Golf Club at Castle Pines was home to the International Golf Tournament for over twenty years. Both courses sit atop some of the most beautiful lands in Colorado featuring fairways lined with 50-foot-tall pine trees.

The Country Club at Castle Pines boasts an 18-hole championship-caliber Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course that blends seamlessly into the mountain landscape throughout The Village at Castle Pines. Over three decades later, the Club maintains a maximum capacity of 395 Golf Memberships and a vibrant Social Membership that is active year-round.

Douglas County School District teachers and staff are leaders of public education in Colorado, with many innovative educational approaches tailored to our students. Support and coordination can be found at the District level, but each school has the flexibility to build its own instructional programs. Parents can find many different choices through the District such as open enrollment, charter schools, instruction for gifted and talented students, magnet schools, an International Baccalaureate program, Advanced Placement courses, and other special programs.
